Kevin R. Trahan is a licensed mortgage advisor in the State of Massachusetts and Rhode Island. He was also a certified and FHA approved Real Estate Appraiser & licensed salesperson.

Kevin is a lifelong South Coast resident, he attended B.C.C, and the American Real Estate Academy. Kevin comes from a Real estate family, being the 3rd generation of Trahan’s to dedicate his career to helping people realize the dream of home ownership and financial freedom. Kevin is a licensed mortgage advisor in the State of Massachusetts and Rhode Island. Previously a state Certified and FHA approved Real Estate Appraiser & licensed salesperson with more than 23 years of experience, Kevin brings a wealth of knowledge and know-how to the Stonegate mortgage family. In his personal time Kevin is dedicated to helping at risk and underprivileged youth with his involvement in several nonprofits on the South Coast. He currently is an active volunteer for The United Way of Greater New Bedford, he is an emeritus member of the South Coast Business Alliance (SCBA) and former board member on Friends of Jack Foundation. Kevin resides in South Dartmouth with his two daughters Cecelia and Annabel as well as Rosie, the Portuguese water dog.
