Kevin R. Trahan is a licensed mortgage advisor in Massachusetts and Rhode Island, bringing over 25 years of South Coast real estate expertise to Stonegate Mortgage. A lifelong resident and third-generation real estate professional, Kevin’s background as a state-certified and FHA-approved appraiser and licensed salesperson provides him with a unique and comprehensive understanding of the home buying process. Beyond his professional dedication, Kevin is deeply committed to serving his community. He actively supports at-risk and underprivileged youth through his involvement with several South Coast nonprofits. He currently serves on the board of directors for the Dennison Memorial Community Center and is an emeritus member of the South Coast Business Alliance (SCBA), and former board member of the Friends of Jack Foundation. Kevin resides in Dartmouth with his wife, Erica, their children, Cecelia, Nolan, Annabel and Grayson, along with their beloved pets, Rosie and Lola.
