Born and raised in New Bedford, MA he spent the last 15 years as a General Manager of Expressions Footwear until the company was sold. As the General Manager he oversaw 35 stores, a Warehouse and a Buying Team. His responsibilities included the overall performance of all the stores, their day-to-day operational practices, setting goals and budgets, complying with marketing promotions and campaigns, interviewing and hiring employees, coordinating and disciplining the employee performance, ensuring cleanliness and safety of stock and coordinating with senior management for executing company goals. Duane’s professional experience is an invaluable piece to the growing Stonegate Mortgage Team.

Duane currently resides in Dartmouth with his wife Melissa and two daughters Aleah and Amani. He enjoys traveling with his family, hanging out with friends, playing and watching sports.
